Your store credit remains usable for 90 days after cancellation. After that, it freezes. If you rejoin within 12 months, your frozen credit reactivates. However, your bonus promo credit and milestone progress both reset to zero.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately — you pay the difference and get upgraded perks and delivery allocation right away. Downgrades take effect on your next billing cycle. Your credit balance carries over either way.
No. Free deliveries reset each month. This encourages you to spread your shopping across the month and ensures fast, reliable delivery for all members.
Never — as long as your membership is active. Unused credit rolls over month to month indefinitely. Only if you cancel does the 90-day usage window begin.
